*Author's Note*: In this universe both same sex marriage and male birth are a well accepted fact. The first male pregnancy was recorded in the times of the Greeks and Romans. It may or may not be listed here, but one of the emperors gave birth to a son while still conquering his neighbors. Women have been equals with men from such time as well. There are very few stigmas in this universe though I'm sure several will make their way into the fic as I go along. The time period is of modern times, but will have only a passing resemblance to our reality.

Brandon laughed at the sight before him, while Jack sat sputtering with indignation. Lime green *jello *clung to both of them and peas could be seen in their hair, while Jack had a globule of mashed potatoes on the end of his nose. Brandon was sitting in the remains of a glass of juice and wiggled slightly in discomfort before laughing again.
"It's not funny Brand!" Jack growled out, though it was obvious that he was holding back his own laughter.
"Yes, yes it is," Brandon said breathlessly between chuckles.
Brandon and Jack had collided on their way to the kitchen from bussing the tables. They had pulled lunch duty that afternoon, neither boy had been watching where they were going and the results were a spectacular mess. "My butt hurts," Jack groaned, before he and Brandon began to laugh again.
"Come on, let's get this mess cleaned up and go take a shower, I landed in juice," Brandon said with a groan. Jack laughed again, before climbing to his feet and pulling Brandon with him.
"I'm glad to see that you two are going to clean this up," An amused voice said from behind them. Both boy's spun to face the owner of that voice and flushed uneasily at the sight that greeted them.
Brandon and Jack were uncomfortably aware of the fact that they were alone with the four older men. Though neither boy could say just what it was that made them uncomfortable, they tried never to be alone with the four men. Or the three women that were usually with them. Mr. Tremany had hired the Cavanaugh brothers their friends to act as security and a camp crew for the summer. They worked in areas that the camp and parents had thought Brandon and Jack were to young to deal with.
Neither boy had a problem with that, what they did have a problem with is that one or all of the group were constantly watching the two. There seemed to be very few places that they went that the group didn't follow. Jack and Brandon could figure out why and because of that, it made them nervous to be near them.
"What happened?" Walker, the oldest Cavanaugh brother asked.
"We ran into one another." Brandon said with an uneasy smile.
"I'll go get the broom and mop," Jack said with a nervous look at Brandon, who nodded and knelt to start picking up the broken dishes and putting them back into the bins they had been using to carry the dishes to the kitchen.
When Jack returned Walker and the others were amused to see that one of the cooks and the dishwasher had returned with him, of course this had only seemed to add to the two boy's nerves, since Walker's brother Jace had been fighting with the dishwasher, Steve, earlier in the week. The two teens quickly cleaned up the mess and left the area, though the others never moved.
Once the teens were out of sight, Walker smirked at Steve and Ed. "I suggest you remember what we told you and stay away from the boy's," Walkersaid in a cold voice, while Jace, Ned, and Powell grinned nastily. The two men just sneered and went back into the kitchen.
The four men left in the dining room turned on their heel and left. Walkerthought this job would be easy, boy had he been surprised. Lucas Jefferson had hired him and his friends to keep an eye on his son and Jack. The old man wanted them kept safe and away from anyone who could tempt them into anything dangerous. Though from what Walker had seen there was no one that could tempt the pair.
In the few days that they had been watching the boy's they had all seen the pair gently rebuff any flirtations or attention to them. They spent most of their time helping to take care of the kids and spending any free time they had with a pair of the younger kids in the camp.
When someone didn't want to take no for an answer or thought they could change the boy's minds later that is when Walker and his group stepped in to scare of the predators. Walker knew that they made the two uncomfortable, but without telling them why they were there Walker could see no way to make them trust him or the others.
Lucas hadn't sworn them to secrecy; in fact Helen had commented that Brand would probably have expected it. However, Walker was unsure if the boy's would go further out of their way to avoid them if they knew why they were there.
As they walked across the camp they could see Helen and Sara a few feet away from Brand and Jack's cabin. Walker shook his head; he decided that they were going to have to tell them the truth. If they didn't the boy's were going to end up coming to the conclusion that they stalking them.
