Authors notes & Warnings: Ok BIG warning in this one. a small part of this fic has rape in it. It's only a small part, but I had to warn everyone. Also- the music Logan put on for Bobby was, Lullaby for the moon by hemisphere. It's Japanese music for koto and shakuhachi. It's really relaxing and perfect to meditate to. Which Logan uses as he meditates.

"So, did you find out why Logan had been sad?" Charles asked as he and Scott were the only ones in the den.
"Yeah, I did."
"And were you able to help him over come it?"
"Yes." "Good," Charles said and left.
Just then Warren walked in to smile seeing Scott. He walked over to him and took him into his arms for a kiss. Of course that's when Logan walked in and stopped seeing them to frown deeply. He turned and stormed out.
"Hmm, Warren, not now!" Scott gasped to pull from him and went to go after Logan, but he grabbed him stopping him from going after Logan.
"Scott?"
"Waren, I'm sorry but I'm with Logan now."
"Stop joking Scott, it's not funny," he said trying to pull him close for another kiss.
"I'm not joking. Let me go!"
Warren let him go frowning watching as he ran after Logan.
"Logan, wait?!"
"No."
"Damn it! Logan, it's not what it looked like."
"Oh really?"
"Yes. He kissed me."
"You didn't seem to be fightin to get away."
"Logan, please I love only you and I'm sorry. Ok?"
Logan saw Warren at the other end of the hall and watched his reaction.
"I'm sorry Logan. I didn't know."
Logan just nodded and he let out a sigh.
Scott walked over to him and held him close for a hug that he returned then kissed him deeply.
Warren watched them and it was so obvious that they were in love. He smiled and left them alone.
"I am sorry about that," Scott said softly.
"It's ok babe, Warren had no idea that we're together."
"Let's go to our room ok?"
"Sure."
They went in and Scott began to unpack his stuff looking around.
"Scott?"
"Hmm?"
"Are we doing the right thing?"
"Yes. Why?" Scott asked putting what he had been holding down and moved to Logan's side.
"Don't know."
"Do you think that you are already?"
"Not sure. More than likely not. . . yet," he said to smile.
"Hmm, well we could just keep trying," Scott said with a smile leaning close to kiss the side of Logan's neck.
"Could?" Logan asked in a playful tone.
"Hmm, more like will," Scott said to playfully push him down on the bed to cover him leaning down for a kiss.
"Oh I didn't mean to intrude. . . Scott, care to explain?" Charles asked as he looked in then as he realized who was on top of Logan kissing him.
"Oh, uh sorry," he got up and they explained everything to him once he was in and the door closed.
"Ah, I see."
"Are you ok with all this?" Logan asked feeling a little insecure all of a sudden.
"Yes, I'm more than ok with it. I know you two will be good for each other. Also, I know Scott will be a very good father to your children."
"Thanks."
"Your both very welcome. Now, I'll leave you two alone," he said and left.
"Where were we?" Logan asked giving Scott a lustful look.
"Hmm, I think right here," he said to lay over him for a deep passionate kiss.
"Oh yeah, that's exactly where we were," Logan said to kiss him back.
They made love again and before bed had Scott's stuff arranged. They then laid in bed just holding each other close.

"Charles said good night," Logan said and shifted.
"Anything else?"
"Just for me to let Hank know about us trying to get me pregnant."

They fell asleep and once Scott was in class the next morning Logan went down to the lab.
"Logan, is there something you need?" Hank asked with a frown seeing him walk in.
"Just to talk big guy."
"Oh?"
"That and you need to update my file."
"Then let us go into the office?"
"Sure," Logan said and they went in and sat down.
"So what do you need to talk to me about?"
"I never mentioned the fact that I can get pregnant."
"Oh, I see. Are you?"
"I'm not sure."
"I take it that you are in a sexual relationship with a male member of this household?"
"Yep. Scott and I are in love and we're tryin to get me pregnant."
"I see. Very well. I'd like to scan you and give you a complete physical."
"Sure."
Two hours later.
"Well?"
"I am amazed that neither Jean nor I had discovered that about you Logan."
"You never had the need to look that deep before."
"Well no, but when she did your first exam I am still surprised that she never discovered it."
"A lot was goin on at the time."
"Very true. Also you are not pregnant. Yet."
"Have any suggestions?"
"I am not sure. Are there times when you feel more inclined to have sex during the month?"
"Near the last week. So you mean we should concentrate then on tryin?"
"Yes. It may be that you are more fertile during that time."
"Thanks."
"I think I would also like to check Scott to make sure that he is producing enough sperm."
"Gee thanks Hank, just the thing I needed to hear as I walked in," Scott said.
"I am sorry Scott."
"That's ok. So, need me to lay down here?" Scott asked as he stood next to the scanner bed.
"Yes."
"Well?" He asked as he came out to sit up and get down.
"I believe that it would be best if you both ate better and drank plenty of orange juice."
"Sure."
They left and went for a walk to sit by the lake.

"So?" Scott asked.

"Next week we'll be really busy," Logan said with a leer and leaned close for a kiss.

"Hmm, we will?" Scott asked with a grin.

"Yep. Hank thinks I'll be more fertile then."

"Ah."

"Well, at least we've been able to make love a lot before we have a baby."

"That's true. We could have been lucky on the first try then we'd have to wait."

"Yep."

"So what names do you like?"

"Isn't it a little early to think up names?"

"I don't think so."

"I can't think of any right now."

"Hmm, we'll look later."

They went back right before dinner then sat in the den watching tv with the kids.

At the start of the next week Charles gave everyone the rest of the week off. The kids went with Hank, Ro and Kurt on a trip giving him, Scott and Logan the house to themselves.

"Hmm, any more of this and I'm going to turn orange," Scott said to let out a sigh and put the glass down.

"Know what you mean, but it's good for us."

"I know. . ." Scott said with a grin to slink over to him for a passionate kiss.

"Hmm, babe not in here," Logan moaned trying to push Scott back.

"Why not? We don't have to worry about anyone walking in on us?"

"No, but I think Charles wouldn't want to come in and find us makin out on the kitchen table."

"Very true Logan," Charles said as he moved in.

"Sorry Professor," Scott said pulling back.

"It's alright Scott, I understand. Just try to restrain yourself. . . a little," Charles said with a smile.

"I'll try," Scott said and frowned as he realized that he had been effectively distracted so Logan could get away.

He left and began looking for him. He was very horny and rock hard. He wanted to be balls deep in Logan and now.

Scott turned around to find him naked and sprawled on the over stuffed chair near the end of the main hall.

"Hay Blue, come on in?" He asked opening the door.

"Thank you Logan," Hank said and walked in to close the door behind him.

"What's up?" Scott asked sitting on the edge of the bed.

"I just wanted to check up on you both," he said and walked up to Scott and checked his pulse.

"Well?" Scott asked to yawn deeply.

"I believe that you need to get a lot of rest Scott. Which means no sex for at least two days."

"I. . . ok," he said unable to fight back another deep yawn.

"Now you lay down. Logan and I will be in the lab," he said standing.

"Sure," he said and laid down.

He was sound asleep the moment his head hit the pillow. Logan smiled and covered him then followed Hank to the lab.

Ten minutes later.

"Well?"

"Congratulations."

"I'm pregnant?"

"Yes."

Logan just grinned.

"Now, have you both been eating healthier?"

"Yep. I've even given up both beer and the stogies too."

"Wonderful Logan. Now I will like to see you once a month to make sure everything is going well. Also if you feel anything out of place or unusual I want you to come to me right away. Alright?"

"Of course Hank."

"Now you need your rest as well."

"Sure. Thanks Hank."

"Your very welcome Logan."

Logan went back to their room and got ready for bed. He climbed in and snuggled up to Scott who just turned and held him close. He fell asleep with a smile.

The next morning.

"Hmm, oh hay morning luv," Scott said waking to find him already awake.

"Mornin babe," Logan said smiling.

"Well?"

"Yep."

"You are?! Really?!"

"Yep."

"Oh my god! Oh Logan, I love you so much!" Scott said excitedly and kissed him passionately.

"And I love you Scott."

They shared a shower to get out and dressed to head down for breakfast to get there before the kids.

"Congratulations. I hear that your expecting finally?" Charles said to ask as they walked in.

"Yep. And thanks," Logan said grinning.

"Your both very welcome."

After they ate Logan kissed Scott before he had to get to class.

"I'll see you later," Scott said and left.

Three months later.

"So how are you and Scott doing Logan?" Warren asked as he walked into the den to find Logan alone.

"Fine."

"That's great. Are you ok?"

"Yeah."

"Logan?" Scott asked seeing the odd look on his face and rushed to his side.

"It's ok babe. Just felt the first kick, I think," he said to place Scott's hand over their baby.

"Kick?" Warren asked completely confused.

"There, felt that?" Logan asked and grinned.

"Yeah. Gods I love you," Scott said with a big grin kissing him.

"Mmm, I love you. It's like this Warren, I'm pregnant with Scott's baby. We just felt the first kicks."

"But how Logan?"

"A precautionary measure of Weapon X."

"Oh I see. Well, I am glad for you both," he said with a smile.

It bothered him at first to see Scott in another man's arms, but seeing how they were so in love it made letting him go a lot easier. Now that they were going to have a child he was even more happier for them. Next Part
